"Don’t care about their trucks or trailers. Had me drive a broke & outdated trailer where I had 3 separate breakdown issues. Didn’t pay me for breakdown pay which I sat for 3 days. And they don’t get you home on time at all. They knew 3 weeks prior to thanksgiving I needed to be home and had me miss my home time. I am a driver that don’t complain or bad mouth anyone, but this is by far the worse company I ever drove for. I’ll take swift any day over them. PLEASE AVOID THEM"

"If I can give this company zero stars I would now the reason why I say that is because this company doesn’t care about their trucks or trailers at all and when you call them and tell them you have a problem with the trailer or truck they try to make you run it still and then when you tell them fine you will call dot to and see what they think about it that is when they get the stuff fix so I would think twice about working for this company and they talk about how safety is their number one thing and then when you bring up DOT they won’t give you any miles at alll and the equipment is going to KILL somebody"

"02-17-2023 One of their drivers, run me off the highway almost killed me and when I called safety, a lady named Karen yelled at me like I was her child, or somehow my fault even when I wanted to provide a video she was still yelling until I hung up the phone on her"

"I started working at Equity Transportation in 2019, in Accounts Payable. I was promoted to Driver Advocate in 2021. The people I work with are amazing and my Drivers are the best part of my job!! This new position gives us all the opportunity to tackle the little issues before they become big problems. We are making HUGE strides in the right direction with numerous changes (New Equipment, Mileage Performance Programs, Referral Programs, Monthly Newsletters, Driver Of The Month and Award Package~to name a few of the changes). We are also creating a Town Hall Meeting Platform which will give everyone the opportunity to ask/answer questions. This is NOT the Equity from 3 years ago!!!!
