"More delays for delivery of my props. They were damaged in Canada and repaired and then sent to the Marina here in Muskegan to be put back on my boat. Filling out forms that have never been an issue before and waiting on clearances to deliver my own props. Called Memphis and still a delay. They are here but not being delivered. Not what I expected from Fed Ex."
"I'm sorry but expected to be able to use this location to send FeEx. Person working there was clueless, hadn't been trained. Needed the FedEx envelope but they had none. Left and went to US post office in Milford to send by PM Express 1 day and it was almost $20 cheaper"

"Dude didn't even knock on door for my package. I live in the country where they deliver multiple times a week and didn't leave the package even though we were watching him pull and changed our kid's diaper and then we go to get the package and he's gone with a door tag on my door and no package. Can't get a hold of anyone from this company the number is just an answering machine that sends you in circles. Horrible. Also! Last summer they delivered my plants that were time sensitive but kept two plants for some insane reason even though I was here and they used some excuse about the tracking numbers even though they had my address and name and they know me, and took them back to the FEDEX CENTER and I contacted them to make sure they would be delivered next day and they never came, and the next time a different package came I asked him about my trees that weren't delivered and they had absolutely no idea where they went. Completely lost them and they were in my driveway and they didn't let me have them. Yeah terrible company."
