"The office manager does not check for cancellation messages and then likes to harass clients about no shows. This has happened twice to me. When I made Stephanie aware there was a problem with the system saying it was messed up she informed that I was not nice and I could find other transportation. I asked if she was threatening me and if Kate knew how she treated clients. Next thing I know I am being contacted by another driving service. Fine by me. I dont need the harassment. Also, I had to complain twice about a dangerous driver named Rockey before they stopped having him drive me. He speeds, texts while driving, passes because he has no patience, drives with his forearms, and almost rear ended a truck on Getty street not paying attention to the road. On the other hand, the women who drive for Kate's are A+. But they are not worth the hassle"
