"Fantastic experience all around. We had a relatively quick move from New Mexico to Northern Michigan, and I was NOT looking forward to driving a Uhaul truck myself or paying $10K+ for a moving company. Upack was outstanding and the customer service was exceptional and easy. The trailer delivered on time and they delivered the trailer to our new location on the date requested. We over estimated the amount of space we needed, and Upack only charged us for what we used...about $1000 under the estimate. If you're willing to do the packing and loading yourself and want the best convenience, Upack is your best bet. Would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family."

"Outstanding customer service from the initial contact to pick up of the trailer. Every staff member with whom I had contact was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only negative that we encountered was a number of holes in the floor of the trailer and several leaky repair seams on the roof. Fortunately, we saw the affected areas and sealed them ourselves before loading the trailer. They saved me a bundle of money on my long distance move and kept me apprised of progress the whole way. I would wholeheartedly recommend U-Pack!"
