"Unreliable. Called the day before and scheduled a pick up at TC airport. After waiting 20 minutes, we called him. No answer. Sent him a text and he finally responded saying he was running late. Finally called me and said he was 20 minutes away. I guess hiring another driver didn't him more reliable. After paying more than double for TC taxi to take us home, might as well paid to park our car at the airport. Lesson learned. NEVER"
"Very prompt and reliable service! They picked us up on New Years Eve during a snowstorm, and was even 10 min early! The 10 mile trip home was basically 2 tracking through unplowed paved roads. We tipped him well for a great job."
