"I bought a mattress and adjustable base. The salesman Chris was incredibly patient with me as I was trying to pick the right mattress. I am a picky shopper but he did not make me feel that way. On top of working with me for over 3 hours to pick the right mattress, he also gave me two free very good quality pillows. "I called and spoke with Chris and he gave me a lot of information that was very helpful. I went in and Frank was available to help me. Chris had gotten Chris up to speed on our conversation before I even arrived and was able to pick up where Chris and I left off. He worked some magic and I was able to make an informed decision all while Frank was making phone calls to see if the mattress I wanted was available elsewhere cheaper. He ended up saving me over $1000. Very pleased and it delivers Wednesday!"
