"I love Five Below.. I was just here yesterday with my daughter and when I went to checkout at SELF checkout the cashier insisted she scan and bag everything. I thought that was super weird. Made me feel uncomfortable. Because she could’ve took me to a regular register. I’ve never had this happen to me at any store scanning at a self checkout."

"I walked in to pick up an online order. Let me remind you I never ordered here as it’s for a gift. I walked in and I stood there waiting for the cashier to stop ringing up the customer. There was a line but I didn’t think me asking a question would make this a problem. I simple waited till she was done with them and asked where do I pick up a pick up order? She looked at me with the rudest fact and said um you can get in the back of the line. And rolled her eyes at me. I felt completely embarrassed because there were so many people looking at me like I was stupid. I then finally get through the line just for them to tell me they canceled the order because they no longer have it in stock. But online it says they had 5. So not only did I get treated like I was dumb I got to drive 20 miles for them to tell me they just canceled it. I placed my order at 2 am the night before. There was plenty of time for them to cancel it so I could get a email…! This store might need some help.over all store was great this employee not so much. She needs to learn not everyone places orders for pick up!"
