Tim Hortons

"This location is sub-par... actually makes me want to not go to any Tim Hortons ever again. There is always an issue everytime I go and it's always a different issue. Then when trying to resolve the issue, the employees have ABSOLUTELY no clue what they're doing or how to problem solve. 1. Given an uncooked panini 2. Ordering a latte on the app and then pulling up to the window and they can't make it 3. Not having chicken panini available 4. Not knowing how to refund 5. Not knowing how the mobile app works 6. Making a hot drink when very clearly the mobile order says iced I will not be visiting this Tim Hortons any time in the near future. If they can resolve their issues, then maybe."

"This location is TERRIBLE! They NEVER have anything you want. Idk what’s worse McDonalds ice cream machine or this locations expresso machine. I come everyday on my way to work and I always think to myself please don’t lie and say its down because then I have to drive all the way to either telegraph or Lincoln Park. Tonight I called ahead of time and they said it was working. When I arrived 20 minutes later the person taking my order said it was down!!! I’m done wasting my time this location is horrible."

"This tim hortons is dirty, the glass you display your donuts looks like it hasnt been cleaned as you can see the dust, you have bathroom stock and over flow empty boxes with pop bottles in the area where customers can see, we waited and was never acknowledged by staff. We ended up leaving without ordering."

"Always takeout. Not much room to sit here. Shared with a gas station. Drive thru gets crowded with morning coffee drinkers. Breakfast is good. Lot of personnel turnover here. Some are very slow and sometimes indifferent with attitude. I have walked out a few times while being first in line and being ignored."

"Came through the drive thru after a bad experience at the Allen Rd location. Tried to order an iced cappuccino only to be told the machine is down. Ordered a 10pk of honey dipped tim bits, an everything bagel with cream cheese on the side and western egg bites. Get home only to realize they didn't give me my bagel. Had my husband drive all the way back to get the bagel and they gave me a plain bagel even after he said he was picking up the everything bagel that was forgotten. The egg bites were hardly lukewarm. The glaze on the tim bits were wet and dripping glaze and tasted like plastic/chemicals. Horrible customer service. No apology for missing the bagel and the drive thru lady just handed me my food, then my card and just walked away. No have a good day, thank you for coming, nothing. Avoid this location"
