"Waited almost two hours to even get into a room. I checked with the desk representatives after an hour and they reassured me they were just slow due to one physician on staff. Eventually, they hey realized they never put me in the cue or something. I tested positive for the Flu. I sat in the waiting room in misery for WAY too long. Doctors and nurses were pleasant and apologetic."
"The whole staff is friendly. The center is clean. Dr.Kelley is a great, thorough and efficient. I was comfortable under the care of this team. Desiree went out of her way to get me hand lotion. It’s the little things that mean you care a lot."

"Clean facilities. Even with the almost 3 hour wait, everyone was kind and didn't seem stressed. The receptionist let me know right at check in there would be a wait. That's so helpful. Shout out to Kayla and Dr Jeffrey V who had / have the best bedside manner. Approachable and personable. Kayla is like the friendliest nurse ever. She was really calming and reassuring. Perfect example of how a nurse should be. Dr Jeffrey V listened and understood and was direct and matter of fact with getting the information he needed. He must have been the only Dr on site but he wasn't rushing me, but business and still friendly. Others could learn from him. Overall a good experience and hope my issue is resolved."
"Absolutely excellent! They were pretty busy the evening I had to go in, but they ended up getting me in in half the time they estimated. Everyone was professional and very nice. I was able to get what I needed promptly to start the healing process."
