Tim Hortons

"This use to be an awesome location. But since the pandemic, all the good employees left. Now it takes forever at the drive thru, most of the time the employees have attitudes, and they barely have a good selection of bakery items."

"I was just in the drive thru today with my daughter. I ordered the turkey bacon club meal with the chips & a medium sweet iced tea & the grilled cheese panini meal with a medium iced water. I asked what soup do you have today & before I could finish what I was saying I was rudely interrupted with “we don’t carry soup.” I said okay. I couldn’t believe it since every other Tim Hortons location I’ve been to does. So I leave & get to my location to start eating at see that they only added a drop of mayonnaise to my turkey bacon club. And my daughter’s grilled cheese panini was very thin & looked gross. So I returned to the drive thru to ask for my money back & the young woman at the window (who was at the window the first time) asks if I had the meals or just the sandwiches. I said the meals. So she puts the money back on my card & gives me my receipt & walks away. I said am I all set? She said yes. No apology, no have a nice day, nothing. So make me feel like I did something wrong when clearly you are the one screwing up the food orders. These restaurants need to stop skimping on food items & ordering cheaper items to save money. I get inflation is hurting everyone but how much money are you saving if the customer returns the food? Obviously nothing. And she never returned my money for the drinks either. The woman at the window is also the manager. Rude & disrespectful on so many levels. I’ll never return. And I hope you go out of business."

"This was they worst experience I've had at a Tim Hortons and this was my first time at this location. The guy that took my order on Sunday, November 5th. at drive through acted like he didn't want to be there. He didn't say hello or thank, repeat the order, total and just said pull forward. The girl that gave me my drink just quickly handed it to me and shut the window. No smile, thank you, eye contact etc. And what is worse is that the drink I got make me sick to my stomach. The oat milk must have been bad. Never again! Whats up with this place TH?"

"Just went there through the drive thru this morning, ordered a maple waffle sausage sandwich and hashbrown.... the sausage was pink inside and not cooked thru and the hashbrown was cold. I wanted to go back to let them know and exchange my food but was late for work. The workers were amazing and kind, things happen just please check that your food is cooked thru."

"This used to be the best Tim Horton’s in the area and now it’s definitely not. I’ve been getting my coffee from this one for almost two years now. Recently I’ve been getting black coffee instead of what I order. Today I went and got one XL coffee 4 cream 5 sugar and one XL 4 and 4 with pumpkin spice. Got gave black coffee. I decided to return back to Tim Horton’s to get the right coffees and yet again recieved the black coffee. I don’t understand how pushing a button to put cream into a cup is so hard but it’s getting irritating and I’m starting to want to switch to Dunkin’"
