"Used to shop here because things were off good quality and prices were fair. Will be looking to substitute the shopping experience somewhere else. increasingly noticing quality is significantly diminished and all items have significantly increased in price. Frozen meals are 20-40% more expensive and the size/quality has dropped by an equal amount. There's only so many excuses that can come from labor shortage, inflation, and supply chain issues. I think at this point, the more likely scenario is taking advantage of customers and the current economic situation to make more profit."
"For the price, it's MUCH cheaper than any of the other grocery stores, assuming you're buying organic. Other customers and some stocking staff are rude at best, down right obnoxious at worst. It's a very entitled "me" attitude. The cashiers are extremely friendly and are always super appreciative that we offer to bag our own items. Parking lot can be a nightmare. Be aware of those entitled shoppers, because they're also blind too"
"Drove up from Ohio to make several stops in Ann Arbor on a day trip with some buddies. I usually stop at Trader Joe's as we do not have one an hour town. This location is often busier than I would like to be party to however the atmosphere is usually welcoming, warm and everybody from staff to customers are polite and courteous. The store has great variety and items difficult to find elsewhere. Purchased some cheddar cheese with caramelized onion, dunkable cookies, and some other snacks."
"Incredibly sweet and friendly staff no matter the location I go to. I find the products to be unique in some ways, but also sometimes pricey. I like that things are labeled out with descriptions of products I would have questions about. I think I would rather shop here than at a whole foods store. The variety of products are unique. I do look forward to coming to see what they have available as we do not have a trader Joe's in Canada. I highly recommend the savory pizza dough, the chocolate covered coffee beans and their jerk seasoned plantain chips. If you are a drinker then the variety of wine is cheap and I hear tasty"
