He is the main reason I continue to go back. Would be great if the homedepot found more people like him. They have several good guys at the pro desk."
"I love Home Depot but this store is extremely under staffed. Employees are too busy to help. Customer service training is needed. Instead of putting the customer first in the lumber department they decided it was more important to load a truck that was taking Home Depot product to another Home depot location. They do not put the customer first. I have to wait until the finish taking care of Shipping and receiving. There is no product to ship if you don't take care of the customers who buy the product. Nice people but Business priority training needed. As I was typing this review Greg came up and saved the day. Thank you Greg! He was very helpful. However, as I continued to shop it got worse. Employees who work in a specific department don't know where things are in their department! Training needed! !!!"
