"Sorry it took so long to update out kitchen countertop project. As Emir said we are not at home a lot ,yes it true but in same time my husband offered to come any day after 3pm and asked Emir to give him call ahead 30 min before they came . Also I called to Emir couple days after I posted my first review to ask when he is planning to come to repaire seam (Also I didn't say that our hole for sink is 1/2inch smaller than sink and there is quite a big gap between out kitchen cabinet and stone ) ohhhh how rude he was to me I have no words to explain . I was trying to tell him that I will be home Wednesday after 2 next week so he can come . Amir said in very rude manner " If you want us to come to fix you seam you should go back to Google and delete review than write very good review after that his guys will come and fix it " I told him " I will do it only after you come and fix all our issues " after what , he raised up his voice to me and said " What part you don't understand . Go back to Google delete ,and we will come . " I said " I am not a dump person I understood. this is so rude and unprofessional . And I am not going to go to do it " after what he said that he has to go and hung up on me and never pick up the phone again not from me or my husband. Than my husband started texted him and he said same that only one way him to come to repair is when I will go and delete review and write very good review. (I will post Amir texts) . We were not going to do this I feel it is so unfair. I am so lucky my husband is pretty good handyman- he fixed the seam by him self but he definitely can't cut bigger hole we will have to live with it . It cost only $40 for us for the glue. I don't know how much other companies would charge for the seam . We started to use our kitchen and find out he didn't seal stone properly. Beets felt on counter( it wasn't sitting there for long time maybe 3-5 min ) and left red spot which is impossible to get out . So it is additional money to spend on sealer. It is so much headache with this company. I can't imagine how much it would cost to have other companie to come and fix it. SO poor job , rude guy . I can't add screenshot so I will copy and post . Andrew - Your wife called I don't know why she wrote bad review about , when we did called You and try schedule to come over and you didn't have never time for us and you don't have any body to let us in So it is not about us it is about your schedule When she delete review and wright new very good review about then we can come out there depending on how is your schedule and fix the seam We don't have any problem with this Thank You. As I said we offered to come any day after 3 but it is more than one month and Emir hasn't call yet . So I can only gest how this good reviews were made . I hope that they did a good job at least for somebody . Please think twice before go there !!!! Sooo unhappy ! Late for appointment, chipped out kitchen didn't even say lucky my husband saw, very bad seam .let them know best day after installation and now is 10 days after installation they still didn't come . My husband is calling them every other day . Owner doesn't work with the client. I don't recomend this place."

"We had our granite countertops installed today. I love them! Emir was great to work with and his pricing was the best around. The crew was very courteous and professional. I would recommend them any time. Thank you for doing such beautiful work!!"

"The kitchen granite finish has pits in it, and the joins are very noticable. When they re-installed my range they did not hook up the gas line. We turned the gas back on after they left while working in the basement. If we had not gone back up stairs right away we would have not noticed the gas rushing into the house. It took a 1/2 hour to get all the gas out of the house. Then the plumber failed to punch out the drain knock out in the disposal. That created another issue with the dish washer and additional plumber costs. Lots of issues, and por quality. I would not recommend them. I unfortunately paid cash so I had no recourse."
