"Mediocre Experience, Nothing Special ⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Kirkland's and while it wasn't a terrible experience, it left much to be desired. Here are my thoughts: Limited Selection: I was expecting a wide variety of home decor items based on their reputation, but I found the selection to be quite limited. It felt like they were missing some key items that would have made my shopping trip more fulfilling. Average Quality: The quality of the products I examined was decent, but nothing exceptional. Some items seemed a bit overpriced for the level of craftsmanship and materials used. I expected better considering the price range. Customer Service: The staff was friendly enough, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist me. I had some questions about specific products, and the answers I received were vague and lacked detailed knowledge. Store Layout: The store layout was a bit confusing, making it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. It would have been helpful to have clear signage or a store map to assist customers in locating different sections. Pricing: While some items were reasonably priced, I noticed that many others seemed to be on the expensive side compared to similar products at other stores. It made me question the value for money I was getting. In summary, Kirkland's didn't impress me as much as I had hoped. The limited selection, average quality, and underwhelming customer service left me feeling unenthused about my experience. While I won't rule out a return visit, I will likely explore other options first before considering Kirkland's again."
"I normally love this place but today they had false advertising out side said 25% on entire purchase but when I got to the counter that was not true they had a sheet that excludes certain items. This is not cool . I don't mind paying for what is not on sale but be up front everywhere. You have a nice store you don't need to go to that level to get people in."
