"The staff is about as personable as the self check out lane computers at Meijer. At least say "hello!" when people walk in! I've been there 3 times and not once has the staff said "Hi" or asked if I had any questions. Also, charging $40 - $60 for a netbook that looks like it was put through a garbage disposal should be a crime."
