"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a 3 year old nephew that needs adaptive assists due to developmental challenges. I needed a 1 inch round stair railing 15ft long so he can start using the stairs. Big box stores had nothing. I was only in town for 2 more days and wanted to help. I called and explained my needs and why. They called me back in 20 minutes and said they could get it. Normally, I could have picked it up in 2 or 3 days. But, they knew my situation and wanted to help. So, they immediately took off to go get it and I had exactly what I needed in 4 hours. Went way above and beyond. Great job guys and thank you from my family."
