"Horrible experience. Had a nail in my tire and took it for a patch. They told me it would be about an hour and a half because they were busy, which is no problem. I came back two hours later and they hadn't even looked at my tire. I had to get a ride at that point to get some errands done. They called me an hour later saying they couldn't patch the tire, then sent me a text saying my tire was fixed, which was confusing. Turns out the tire wasn't fixed at all. I asked them to put a new one on since it was unfixable, which took another hour somehow and they took the liberty of putting a $150 tire on an 08 Volkswagen Jetta. I shouldn't have paid it but I was late for work and tired of dealing with them. Horrible service and the audacity to rip me off as well. Take your business elsewhere"

"I really appreciate the attentiveness of the staff at this Discount Tire location. While we're all human and make mistakes, they always correct promptly. One time I had a rotate and balance that afterward my tires actually were more out of balance than when I dropped my Wagoneer off. But they fixed it in about an hour, putting me at the front of the line. Just an oversight. No biggie. I've certainly heard of worse (loose lug nuts for example). I buy a lot of tires maintaining three vehicles. I drive over fifty thousand miles a year on my primary. I always buy their protection plan and they've always stood behind it. Every nail, screw, rim leak, or twisted radial belt has always been fixed for free. I like that they are mostly nation wide and when I travel there is usually a Discount tire around. I don't think I've dealt with a better tire shop. They all have a mistake here and there, but this dealer always steps up and fixes the issue without a argument. 5 stars!"

"Has been here few times for new tires or balance. Always professional and friendly. A story I have to share today: I got a flat tire this morning due to leaking value, was told by my nearest tire shop that I need wait three hours until someone can take a look. To solve this problem I stopped by without a very high hope, after hearing my issue, the shop manager paused work on his hands, walked to my car, got value adjusted within one minute and saved my day."
