"My recent visit to the store was unfortunately tarnished by the poor service provided by the assistant manager, Jorden. The lack of effective communication and seeming absence of listening skills turned what should have been a routine visit into a challenging encounter. His demeanor was rather off-putting, making it seem as though he was doing me a favor when he reluctantly fetched an oil filter for me, even though I had to show him how to find the UPC code. I understand that everyone can have a bad day. However, if this type of service is typical of Jorden’s approach, perhaps it’s time to consider a career change. Unfortunately, as long as Jorden continues to work at this location, I would recommend others to consider avoiding it. This kind of service is unacceptable and not conducive to a positive customer experience. I’ve voiced my concerns directly to upper management, hoping it will bring about necessary changes for improved customer service. However I am reluctant to believe much of anything will happen."
