"My tire had a slow leak on the passenger side in the rear for a few weeks so I decided it would be a good idea to have it checked out. They said they would get to it the next day and they did, the tire apparently had a nail in it so they removed it and fixed the leak. Fast forward to the next day, I have them a call to inform them that they had scratched the paint off of my wheel in over 8 different spots. Daryl, the person I spoke with (who was also the person who worked on my tire) asked if I could bring the car in to be inspected. I had to have someone bring my car in as I was not home. I received a call from the person who I had bring it in and they told me they weren’t going to do anything about it. I immediately called back up there to speak with Daryl and he rudely informed me that he didn’t do it and it was not his fault. (Keep in mind the car had only been driven to the tire shop and back in the past 2 weeks). I told him that they were the only ones who worked on the car and there was no way it could have been someone else, he denied it again saying they won’t do anything to fix the scratches. Instead of claiming responsibility, they (Daryl) claimed a ghost had done it, wow! All in all, if you have wheels you care about DO NOT get them serviced here, they have no regard for your property and will deny any wrongdoing."
