They did a fantastic job not only for the brakes, I was able to go see my kids in East Lansing without having any issues, but mostly for the professionalism and the care they provide for the customers. "Jeff and his team are great! I had my 2019 BMW M550 in for rear brakes and a sensor. They got me in the same day, run in to a small issue with resetting the brake wear indicator light but they got the job done! Fair price and good work overall 10/10."
"Spoke over the phone to book an appointment for oil change and confirmed the final price which included tires rotation in it. Went in the store and was told that I had to pay $25 extra for tires rotation and $10 for oil disposal. Not transparent at all with the pricing and service, it’s better to avoid such places those aren’t upfront with their customers and trick them to pay extra on the counter. The service took around an hour as informed, so the 2 stars."
