"If I could give this place a zero star I would. I walked in today and let the lady at the register (they were all on there phone in the front and the other 2 went to the back) to let her know I had a battery I couldn’t lift in my car and need assistance, she immediately told me she could not lift it either ( I feel like it should be in their job description since they sell this and have the proper attire like gloves and aprons that would prevent battery acid on them to get this or you shouldn’t work if you can not lift over 50lbs) I told her I purchased this battery about a year ago and it was bad and I had it replace at Firestone and I had the invoice to show them she then told me she didn’t have the money for it and I had to drive it all the way back to Sterling Heights to return it. I live 2 miles from this location and my at broke down over a year ago and I took it there.. this is very inconvenient and poor customer service and I do not recommend this place. They rather play on their phones and talk down to customers. I also know being in retail corporations that they are interconnected and she has to do a refund so I went to the location on Wayne road and got my full refund… avoid this location they are awful"

"I walked in to find employees shouting at each other. I should have run out. It escalated fast. The argument was over an employee trying to work on crutches. Lady on crutches needs to sue asap for how she was treated and told to go home. I'd testify for her. They were openly dropping the f-bomb and could care less about a customer being there. I never found what I was looking for, I'll get it all on Amazon. I am seriously worried for this world."

"First time here, tried to get oil and a filter. Asked the girl at the counter for a filter and she pointed to the back shelf where all the filters are. I didn't have the part number for the filter I needed so that wasn't helpful. As I was looking at filters trying to figure out what filter fits my car, I here her Screaming "F**k, F**k, F**k". I thought something was wrong apparently she did something wrong in the computer. No need for yelling like that, people thought she was hurt. I couldn't get any help from her or the other girl there so I went to O'Reillys down the street, they took care of me in 5 minutes. Just my opinion but some automotive knowledge should be a requirement for a parts counter sales person."

"Went to the AutoZone in Canton, MI to try and fix an issue with my low beam headlights not working. My husband and I removed one of the headlights from under the hood and went into the store to get a replacement, and see if that was the issue. We replaced both right and left headlights, only to find this did not solve the low beam issue. When getting into the car in the parking lot to leave, we were approached by Dannie, an assistant manager there. He pointed out that there are two separate headlights on each side of the vehicle! We had replaced the (previously working) high beam headlights! Dannie helped us to remove, and reinstall some new low beam headlights, and the problem was solved!! THANK YOU Dannie!! (We had been at another local auto parts store earlier in the day, and they did not know about and/or point out the 2 separate headlights (on both sides of the vehicle) under the hood. Not helpful.) AutoZone will be where we go for any auto parts from now on. They were SO helpful! Had Dannie not helped us, the next stop was a car repair shop, and a much larger bill as well. Great service!!!!"
