"Purchased tires and set up appointment online to have installed. Showed up for my appointment and they did not have my tires. They told me they would have them later that morning and that they would call me when they arrived. Never received a phone call. Tried calling multiple times to get update. Never was able to get through to anyone on the phone. Terrible overall experience"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Me and my sister were waiting to get air in our tires for about 45 mins no one offered to help us or even let us know they’ll be with us. The employees were standing around talking and doing everything else besides their jobs. We had to go because so much time had pass, we tried to give a call to ask if there was a better time to come back and I was on hold for 15 minutes and never got a chance to talk to a single soul"

"I drove in at 3:30 with no appointment and drove out at 4:30 with some Michelin Defender LTX M/S installed. Mitchell was very helpful and friendly. They beat Belle Tire's best price. I was having some trouble with the TPMS on my truck. Mitchell came out and reset all the sensors, and that fixed the issue. Thanks Mitchell."
