"If you want low cost tires - Amy and Chuck have them. In fact, you'll get them for the lowest possible prices. But, if you have a problem that happens due to their tires or other products - Amy and Chuck's Tire & Auto will not help fix the issue. I won't bore you with my story, but if you can spend a bit more, I'd recommend going to another company. Because spending a bit more to have a peace of mind that the company will correct their wrongs is well worth it. I hope this message reaches someone who wants to be treated fairly. Although Amy does sling great deals - i'm dissapointed in her inability to create a simple solution for an issue that could be proven (with credible evidence) started at her shop. I'm not a disgruntle customer. I was not disrespectful in anyway. I brought my concerns to Amy's attention in two settings (phone and in person), paid my bill upfront, and even to fix the same issue twice within 24h due a fault that was not my own. There's not much that could be said in a reply from Amy and Chuck's other than they dropped the ball."

"This place is a life saver!! I had been to Discount Tire where I was told they couldn't help me with a repair, and it was going to be over $120 for a new tire. I was told by 2 people to come here instead, so I did! I could not be happier!! As soon as I walked into hey were very courteous, helpful, and did everything they could to help me out, and with very little cost to me! End of my visit, I walked out with all of my concerns taken care of , and only $30 to get 3 of my tires up to par, and safe for me!! Thank you so much! Your awesome!!!!"
"I called them at 9am and they told me they would be able to get me in for two new tires if I came in before 5:30. They quoted me a price, I went in around 10:55 and they got me out the door within 15 min! I paid the price they gave me, no hassle, fast service, great product. I cannot have asked for better or faster service! Highly recommend."
