"Horrible service. I scheduled an appointment, yes an appointment, at 2:30pm and I'm still here after 4pm with no contact. It's a 40 minute job to change tires and I had no other work. I even told the guy up front I could go have lunch and come back , he responded I was next... this was over an hour ago and still nobody has said anything to me and my name disappeared from their list! Wow, just wow"
"Went in for a road force balance. My truck was in the bay just about on time. Both service writers working the front counter were friendly and informative. The tech performing the balancing was also very friendly and informative. Long story short, the problem is fixed and I'm out the door for what they said that it would cost."
