"Had front and rear brakes done here over the summer. Within a week I had squeaking in my rear brakes, and was disappointed to have to take the car to a dealership to have the problem solved."
"After explaining the issue and making an apt over the phone, the mechanic turned away the car saying it was too new and he wasn't familiar with it. It's a 2016 Impala needing work on the fuel regulator. The car is 8yrs old- hardly new, and if the mechanic has limited types of cars he will work on that information could have been given over the phone. It's an easily avoidable waste of time."
"I bought tires through a wholesaler and had them shipped to this location. They worked with us as the wholesaler process wasn't "routine" as far as we could tell. Not to mention, I was on a pretty steep time constraint and they got me in within 24 hours of the tires arriving to their facility. They were very helpful and took great care of us. I have a mechanic, but I will definitely be using them again for any future tire installation needs."
