"This was my second time having work performed on my vehicle by Muffler Man. Today there was a minor repair made which may or may not have been caused by the Chevy Service Center. Randy the tech and service member was prompt and appears honest with his diagnostics and repair work. It's still early, but hopefully the issue has been resolved. I appreciate integrity and honesty. "i felt pretty uncomfortable here. I usually get my oil changed at the dealership but didn’t think to make an appointment in time and had a road trip coming up so i thought muffler man had good prices and were quick. It costed $50 and took 45 minutes The dealership is $55 and takes about an hour but they check everything out, they’re clean, have coffee and it’s a respectable place. So i will just stick to the dealership going forward. Also they didn’t write anything on the sticker for when to get the next oil change. Not a big deal but why even put the sticker on if you won’t put the date or mileage"
