"The store is trashed. Items all over the floor. People are stepping on things that are supposed to be new. No one bothers to care about how it looks. I've been to better looking garage sales. EDIT. It's 2023 store has been redesigned but it's still cramped and messy but at least they are trying."
"Just not enough staffing. Staff is always pleasant and does their best. Someone dashed out very brazenly with stolen items. Only so much staff can do. Maybe put a security officer in there, Mr. Dollar store owner. Put more staff in there and pay your employees better."

"The prices are great, but the night time staff often closes early. When the door specifically says they're open until 9pm and you never know if the door will be locked by 8:30 or what - it's frustrating. Poor business. Tonight is another prime example. 8:45 pm and the doors were already locked with 2 employees standing at the registers chatting and ignoring customer knocks."
