She said that's the type of washer I bought and cannot be returned because I changed my mind. Explained issues and she said we need to use tide pods. What a joke. Didn't even offer to check it out. I have not felt so ripped off by a local. Better luck on 8 mile"

"This place is absolutely horrible! Purchased a refrigerator I noticed that it was not getting cold on week before my warranty expired. I called the store relentlessly, left Voicemails with the urgency of a return call seeing as though my warranty was about to expire! They called me BACK the day after my warranty expired! Stated that they had problems with their phone line/calls and that they couldn’t honor my warranty because it had expired! (Expired on Sunday they called me back on Monday! And the store is closed on Sundays)THE nerve and professionalism!!!!! I offered to pay for a tech to come out and one was not available, They don’t have techs come out unless under warranty! NOW still to this very day their VM says that they are have problems with receiving calls, with the current date recorded in the recording by the owner. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST DEAL THEY DO NO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! I really think they sold me a BOLD/ NO good refrigerator! They get Zero STARS!"
