"I needed to update my review! They were nice and were able to get me a washer dryer set. I had the washer replaced due to the drum coming out after washing a kids blanket. but I have not been able to get someone out to come fix the replacement washer. My replacement washer only worked for about a week and a half before it broke. I’ve called everyday for about a week and a half and I keep getting told I’m going to be called right back. I would always have to call back and they wouldn’t answer, I’ve tried to be patient but the lack of communication and transparency is making it very difficult. I just want to be able to use my washer and wash my clothes."

"The worst Applicance store there is they sold a broke refrigerator and refuse to do anything about it. Owner has a nasty attitude and is nonchalant about everything he don't care he just sell and send out anything rather its working or not. They get mad when you call like you're a bother. To some everything up they sell broke things and just trying to come up off of you advertising broken appliances. If I could give negative stars I will they are horrible I've never did business anyone like them please DO NOT SHOP At Roseville Applicance or the other store Chris’s Van Dyke Appliance They are horrible."

"Just purchased a washer from Roseville Appliance yesterday. Cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had. Donovan was incredibly helpful at the store as I was making my selection. The price for the unit was better than I could have expected, and the single additional cost for delivery, installation, and removal of my old unit was more than fair. When I asked when I could expect the delivery, Donovan was very honest and said it might be same day but possibly the next. I understood, it didn't matter to me because I would be home either way. I made the purchase around 11am and by 6pm they were at my house. Donovan came with Anthony, who were both very respectful and quick (even though our old washer still had water in it and it was tucked away in the far corner of our basement). I secretly hope our dryer breaks down soon so I can buy a replacement one from them. 10/10 highly recommend this place."

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. We recently purchased a used washing machine from this place, and it has not worked since the day we brought it home, and these guys refused to do anything about it. I've purchased many used appliances, but this was my first and last time ever purchasing anything from this place. From the day we brought the washer home, it didn't work right. It didn't spin or drain properly, it made odd noises, the size of the load setting does not work whatsoever, and there was a TERRIBLE smell when you ran the cycle. We paid $250.00 for it. We contacted the business right away and explained to them what was going on, and that we wanted to bring it back and hopefully get a refund. They said absolutely not and very rudely asked what the problem was. We explained the multiple different issues we were having and they basically said that we were lying, while also trying to justify it by saying we "bought a used appliance" and "shouldn't expect it to be perfect." I don't expect a used appliance to be perfect, but I do expect it to work properly. Ultimately, they ended up telling us to not even bother trying to bring it back in because they weren't going to do anything for us and hung up on us more than once. Now we're stuck replacing a washer that we paid $250 for. Save yourself the headache and don't buy anything from here!"

"I understand from my boyfriend Douglas that Chris & Donovan went above and beyond in getting my newly purchased dryer through the doors of my house on delivery today! THANK YOU SOOOOO VERY MUCH for all of your efforts-taking off the back door and disassembled the dryer to get it into the house!! The dryer looks great and the hook up looks wonderful!!"
