"Overdue review. This place is awesome. We dealt with Cheryl at the Williamsburg store and she was amazing. We were referred to her by a builder for a house we were going to buy that fell through, thankfully. So we went back a second time for a remodel on the home we did purchase, and she was helpful, patient, answered our questions, offered advice. The cuts were as we requested. Victor and his son installed the counters. Did an awesome job, careful and professional. The counters are beautiful and Transformed our home. Highly recommend this place."

"Cadillac Stone has it all. Great product selection, super duper sales reps, all around advice and direction through the process of preparing for counter top installation. My installation is happening on Nov.3 and Cadillac Cut Stone and affiliates have been patient with this "first timer" getting this important remodeling job done. I can hardly wait. Will report back after final installation but am confident that they will earn a final A+ ratingIt has been over a month now, the counter tops are in and beautiful. The installers were wonderful, and while I bombarded them with questions during installation, they remained polite, informative and professional. Had a minor concern with what I thought was a fault in the granite, sent them a picture and they were at my house within 24 hours, did some sanding and further explanation and guaranteed I would not have further problems. I ask for the owners personal guarantee as well. He personally came out, reassured me that his workman told me correct and also gave me his personal guarantee. I think this business deserves a customer service award I highly recommend them."

"We had kitchen countertops installed from Cadillac Cut Stone and it was an awesome experience from beginning to end! We have never worked with them before and just happened to be working in the area and stopped in. We gave them our plans and received a quote a day later. Cadillac Stone then came out to do templates and they were again great to work with and very knowledgeable! We have a huge island with posts on all 4 corners that we wanted cut special and in one piece and it turned amazing! The installers were awesome and very efficient. We assumed it would be an all day install but they were in and out in just few hours! They did an absolute beautiful job! We are always concerned about seams and unless you point it out you can barely see it ! Would highly recommend this business and would absolutely use them again! Thank you everyone at Cadillac Stone for a job well done!!!!!"

"Not impressed with this place at all! Our first impression was great until it took days for a quote and we had to keep following up. Ryan was great to work with but after that it went all down hill. Jennifer is one of the worst customer service people we have ever dealt with. Giving a customer a thumbs up instead of helping them is not professional at all. You lost a sale and we ended up using another company in TC. I know we are a small job and not one of your huge contractors but learn customer service! There is other options out there! Good luck!"
