"We were so disappointed in our visit to your store yesterday! Not once did any staff members speak to us, look up and nod or anything! We had a whole cart full of Christmas things and the girl at check out, her name was Cheryl and she didn't say hello, nothing. I had glass ornaments and she didn't wrap them, she just threw them in the bottom of the bag! I've never had an experience like this at Hobby Lobby! I looked for the manager but he must have been busy. This Cheryl HATED her job, rolled her eyes when spoken to, she was snotty and acted actually angry that she had to run a register. Hobby Lobby, I love your store but your employees are your face and when it's angry at the register, I'll think twice about going back! Please have a talk with miss Cheryl. Thank you,"
