They emailed me back and helped me locate the store in my area. The store reached out to me very quickly and handled all my concerns. They went above and beyond to make the purchase easy. "This is a Great store for picking out your new mattress. So many choices to try and choose from. Our salesman, Matthew was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable on all the products and very patient with our testing of mattresses and questions. "We bought a new sectional from here a year ago, under the impression it was top quality. If we wouldn't have forked out the $700 for the "warranty" we'd be out a $4000 couch already. We've had multiple repairs on it throughout the year. And are yet again waiting on the service team to come out. Absolutely terrible quality. At this point we just want a refund to go get a good quality couch elsewhere. The point was to get a couch that would last us at least 10 years, I can't see this holding up even a few more years; what's happening to the material is unacceptable. I should add we are not rough on this couch, our dog isn't even allowed on it, and our kids aren't allowed to roughhouse on it. The sales woman was wonderful when we bought it, and the repair person from Mount pleasant is great to deal with. The quality is the issue. Do yourself a favor and get your furniture from somewhere it'll last."

"I don't typically write bad reviews, but I felt I had to in this instance. We bought a full living room furniture set from them a little over a year ago and their sales team was very nice to work with and we were very happy with what we purchased. A little over a year after we purchased, the electric motor went out on our recliner. I called the store to schedule a time to have someone come out to replace the motor. The person on the phone was very nice and said she would have someone from their service department get back to me in a few days. I waited a week and called back. They said their service department would be in touch soon. This went on for over a month and I never did hear back from their service department (at this point I question if they even exist). I ended up buying the part on Amazon and fixing it myself. So while I would give their sales department four stars, I do believe service AFTER the sale is important and that service was pretty much non-existent so I had to give them one star."

Abigail was wonderful to deal with we had a recling loveseat in mind and was able to find just what we were looking for within a shorter delivery time frame then any other store. We have bought several peices of furniture from Big Sandy's and we have always had great customer service... We will continue to do business with Big Sandy they do very much value thier customers."
