"I have never been disrespected as bad as “Brandon” the manager treated me. He had a fist fight type attitude over their simple mistake. He called me a liar multiple times and then said alot of you don’t understand the pricing. The thing is I’ve been shopping for years there and do. He wouldn’t come with me to see the mistake. The clerk apologized for his attitude. In the end it isn’t about money. It’s service. I put the refund they gave me on the counter for the next polite person. I’m taking steps with corporate. Shop there for cheap tools but don’t expect any courtesy."
