"We were very pleased with both the service at the Cadillac store and the delivery crew. Van Dries had more small sofas and loveseats than any other store in the area. Michelle H was very patient and helpful as we looked at LOTS of small sofas as well as recliners. We reserved a recliner that day. Michelle sent us home with the information and measurements for our three favorite sofas, so we could decide which would work best in the space and view them online if we wanted. When we went back a few days later, it was Michelle's day off. However, the assistant manager found our paperwork from Michelle, wrote up the sale of the sofa we picked, finalized the recliner sale, and set up the delivery of both. She was also very nice and efficient. The delivery crew was prompt, efficient and very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience. Five stars for sure!"
"The first night we came in was just when they were closing. Michelle Hoover was very polite about it and did not rush us at all. She took some notes for when we came back and was totally prepared for us. We did make a purchase and will be back in the future!"
