"I just needed a basket, no prices on any one of them. I had to ask an employee to scan one and it was crazy price so they could bring the price down to normal with their 70% discount,Crazy."
"Terrible service - waited 1/2 hour to get some fabric cut. The young lady appeared to be flustered for some unknown reason - she dumped the fabric in a pile expecting me to take it just like that in a crumpled lump. I politely asked her to fold it , which she did in a huff. No courtesy there. At the cash till, same thing, she stuffed the fabric in a small bag and I had to again politely ask her to place it in a larger bag so that it did not become crumpled . I also had to ask for a receipt after waiting for her to answer a phone. The whole place seems to be in a state of sleep walking and clearly under staffed. This used to be a jolly place to shop, now it's like walking into a morgue."
"Joann isn't what it once was. My principal craft is sewing and I couldn't find cotton twill tape in primary colors. I had bought it there before, but not this time. I had to order it on Amazon. This makes me sad."
