"There are only ever one or two registers open, so the line can be long if you're just buying one or two things. The bathrooms should be better kept up. I love the book selection though!"
"Overall, I love going to Ollie’s. I always find items I didn’t know I needed. Prices are usually always better than other stores. Only one bad experience with customer service and that was one person who didn’t reflect the usual great service that I receive from staff. A worker put my basket full of items back after I left it near the register to run grab an item I’d forgotten. When I asked the cashier about it she called out to a worker and asked him what happened to the basket he had taken away. I approached the worker to see if he had already put the items back on the shelves since it had only been a few moments ago that I left it but was about an hour’s worth of shopping. The worker looked me dead in my face and claimed he knew nothing about it and hadn’t put anything away. Went back to the cashier, told her what he said and she clearly asked him again about the basket she’d seen him move. He only then admitted he had put all the items back. I was disgusted and told him he could have just said that instead of lying and wasting more of my time. I left in disgust."
"Sometimes I have dreams about being chased by Ollie thru the crowded aisles of his store. The queen at the counter was very nice. The vibe of the store is cheap and dingy but also what did you expect. Ten dollar coffee maker. My friends phone got stolen here but also it's ypsi what did you expect. Prices are good, vibes are awful."
"I really like Ollie's, but not this particular location. Have been there a few times and probably won't go back to this location! Always seems messy and unkept. Restroom was not very clean. Supplies were very low. Other locations are more inviting"
"They have everything here with great prices. Staff was so nice, friendly, and patient. I came early at 8 am but everyone was already focusing on their work with so much energy."
