"Horrible customer service. I called the service desk seeking assistance. The attendant was rude, unwilling to adequately assist, and was dismissive of my concern. I thought this kroger had turned the corner given all of the criticism from community members??? You are employed to assist customers. If you don't like your job, do something different."
"Most of the time I use this location self check out system, myself and others in line face an errror in the system. For example, the system cant apply discounts and you need an override from the attendent. Today morning, the self check out system has an error processing the payment and an attendant was required to finalise the credit cards payment, there was inevonly poor attendant trying ro help all other shoppers in line and as a result more time was wasted. Dear Kroger, management, go fix your broken system or hire more attendants bc shoppers will eventuality leave you to other competitors ike Walmart,Aldi etc."

"Update as of 11/8/2021…just visited this store again and an army of Kroger staff were in to fix the stock problem. Store was relatively back to where it was, however the checks still need cleaning. But grateful the store is back to wanting our business. This was my original post on 11/5/2021 with photos….What is happening at this store? This is not a clean, tidy, stocked store. Why? Pictures say it all."
"Posted here once negative post about this Kroger. Seems things are just getting worse by day. Empty shells, there are no carts or baskets at the entrance. One has to go to check out line to find one, seafood is nonexistent every single time when I have to shop here, withered fruits, there are looooong checkout lines while only one self checkout line is open, carts are all over the parking lot… One star is too much for this place. Sorry. Picture taken today at 6pm."
