"Fresh Thyme makes me feel like I’m shopping somewhere that cares about me as a consumer. I usually spend $55-$85 per week on groceries at FT as someone in a single-person household (amount depends on if I get treats/meat/toiletries). Today, they had a live jazz band and it felt so nourishing, community-enriching, and… well… fun. So many customers were smiling or grooving while moving their cart. Not sure if this is a regular event, I hope it is. It was such a treat to hear live music while grocery shopping."

"Great selection of organic and premium grocery products. Service is generally pretty great too. Prices are definitely high, but that's what comes with a premium grocery store. Three areas for consistent improvement: (1) the premade deli sandwiches are typically skimpy on the lettuce and made with little care or attention to detail, (2) the premade sushi usually isn't very fresh and the avocados on the sushi are usually brown, and (3) the store sometimes isn't very clean, like today, the checkout that had shreds of lettuce that were crushed and smeared on the floor and scanner and bagging carousel (see pictures for reference). Overall, good grocery store, but it could use some attention to detail to get top ratings."

"Best quality products with competitive pricing. Store is very clean and well managed. They provide regular offers and coupons if you like discounts. For some reading I find products a little better than Meijer or Kroger on carpenter road. Store is located at a convenient intersection and finding parking is always easy here. Their organic products are way better plus they have a variety of nuts, grains and chocolates sold as open."
