"Get your new to you vehicle at Action Motor Sales in Gaylord, MI! You won’t regret it! I picked up a 2018 F-150 Platinum in Feb. 2022. Tammy was our sales person she was great to work with, she walked us through the whole process with ease! Everyone at action is honest and great to work with! They’re not your normal (all I care about is commission) sales people! As soon as I left the dealership, I ran into a technical issue with the cruise control on my truck. It was something they wouldn’t have ever tested when they inspected it before putting it up for sale. I also didn’t test the cruise when I test drove it. Long story short, my new truck went to the Ford dealership for a week. Trevor gave me a vehicle (2021 F-150 Lariat) for me to use for the week and completely covered the $1500 repair. Even though my truck was sold to me “as is - no warranty”. The next time we’re in the market for a vehicle, Action Motor Sales will be the first place we look!"
