"My wife and I stopped at a rest stop during a white out in West Branch, MI. I parked next to a handicapped sign (parking lot was completely covered by snow) as one of their propane drivers pulled into the parking lot aimed right at my truck. I looked at him as he swerved away last minute, stepped he then out of his truck, he left parked sideways, and started yelling at me that I was parked incorrectly. After we shared words, I called Patrick, at dispatch to express my concerns. He said that this was a one sided story and that he would need to get the facts from his driver. What a poor company! The lack of consumer concern was completely overlooked. I would have expected them to take a propane truck aiming for a pedestrians vehicle, seriously, as I did!"

"These guys are AWESOME!! Switched from AmeriGas after receiving poor service and rates for years. The rates were 40% lower and they are locally owned. The customer service opens early and closes late and they are friendly and extremely helpful. In particular, Serena went above and beyond to open my account and get a new tank delivered the next day.
