"I don't do reviews much, but bring true customer service back to the table. Shopped online for a tow behind sweeper, and found what I was looking for at 49735 TSC. I get there and I'm told it's an inventory issue they don't have sku.1284947. So I then ask if another location might have one and was given 2 options and was also told told call them we don't transfer those items. Next morning I call 49721 TSC and inquire about same sku. Yup we can hold that. AWESOME! Received a call back a short time later, we are sorry but it was broken. Can I get a price reduction if I buy a different model? No we don't do that. Ok thx have a good day. Call 49735 Lowes and get same one and paid more and I'm happy. This should have been a better review."
"The staff was very helpful. Went there the day before mother's day and as expected they were packed with people getting last minute gifts, like myself. The workers helped us get in & out of there. With 5 big things of flowers that are now BEAUTIFUL ❤️. Plus my 3 year old left her favorite little "blanket" there right before they closed. Thankfully went there the next day and they had it for us.. very much appreciated."
"Very reasonable on nuts and bolts but didnt have the carbide cone shape multi drill bit I wanted but the very attractive cashier lady more then made up for it w her beautiful smile and joyful attitude, may go back jus to talk to her :)"
