"Worst customer service at tires and battery.The guy with an accent extremely rude and lazy..They act like extremely busy and sits around without doing anything. Got a flat tire. Went to buy 4 tires at sams around 2. The guy with the accent told they are really busy that day.I went for shopping that afternoon from 2 to 3pm at sams club..i didn’t see even one car getting fixed with them.. saw that guy walking around doing nothing.I told them I have even a plus membership for getting early morning next day appointment . He gave me appointment next day at 1.Went to discount tire same day after 3pm. Got 4 new tires and they installed my tires within 45 minutes even without an appointment."
"Big thanks and compliments to Igor, Max, Marc, and Brian who took care of our tire needs on Saturday to schedule and instore repair on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at your Tire Center, Novi Michigan store. They were all so knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and the epitome of great teamwork and customer service. They were extremely thorough inspecting our tires and taking care of the one tire that seemed to have a small leak. "First off my appointment was never set after discussing it on the phone. So when I called prior to my appointment they had no clue what I was talking about. Both times I told these people I was having them install my new lug nuts and my own tires I’ve used previously. And everything both times on the phone was fine until I get to my appointment and now all of a sudden they cannot install non Sams club tires. They wasted my money on fast shipping for the lug nuts. My gas and my time. Very irritating, now another week driving with bad tires because nothings open on Sunday’s."
