"I am a HUGE fan of dodge, I have been a fan since a young age. I have owned countless vehicles and enjoyed all of them. I currently had purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger R/T and had noticed it had a rattling sound coming from the front bumper area. I assumed the bumper wasn’t intact correctly and may need a new bracket. I had scheduled an appointment with the dealership in Rochester Hills. After waiting a few days just to find out what’s wrong, the representative had stated that the vehicle had frame damage. The representative provided a rude attitude and told me the damages would cost $7,000 TO FIX!!! He nonchalantly recommended I put the claim through my insurance. I was simply in shock, and decided to take the vehicle home for the day. The following day I had taken the vehicle over to a friend of mine at Ford and he told me within MINUTES that it was not a big deal and had it fixed within 2-3 hours. Oh and the damage cost…. $200!!!!! It was 2 loose brackets on the right fender that needed replacement. Now she runs like a beauty. Looks like in this case, I the customer knew more than the actual dealership… Absolutely disgusting service and I will never step foot in the poverty scamming dealership ever again, and i’ll make sure no one else falls victim either!"

"The worst place you can go to. First the service advisor Brad says nothing is wrong with my transmission and I told him my transmission is bad And its not shifting properly. Then he calls and leaves a voicemail stating that they ran into some issues and yes something is wrong with the transmission. No $h*t Sherlock that's why I brought it in the first place. Then after 2 weeks of Waiting patiently and calling leaving numerous voicemails with no call back from Brad finally after saying I want to talk to the manager, the operator finally got a hold of guess who? Brad ! Then Brad says nothing is wrong after he just left me a VM 10 days prior saying they ran into some issues and I do need a R an R of the transmission. Stay away if you care about your time ,your car and service. Terrible customer service. When it's a warranty issue you are screwed ! Oh and the manager John just like the rest of them. They look out for each other and don't care about the customer! 1 star is way too much"
