"Stay away this guy is terrible! Read my Update near bottom of this review! A friend at work suggested Muhammad to me for repairs that were needed on my recently purchased used BMW 750 LI. I’m very fortunate that I chose to follow up on it, as my friend said “ Muhammad is the man! He’s the best BMW repairman in the State.” I had a lot of issues that popped up quickly after purchasing a used car from a Dealer in Clawson. My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree within a week. I ended up taking it to Muhammad shortly afterwards. My car went from night to day in performance! Whereas it was stalling on me at lights and on turns amongst other problems, Muhammad fixed a lot of the main things to make it run well. I also received an oil change, plugs, and coils to name a few. Unfortunately for me, due to my money constraints, Muhammad let me know I’d have to come back to fix the ABS , wheel sensors and some other things. When my car started leaving me stranded for short periods on extremely hot days, he diagnosed that too! He is so good at what he does. If you’re like me, it’s been hard to find someone you can trust so much to work on your car- well, you can trust Muhammad! Muhammad searched and found some good used parts to fix my car for a lot less than the dealership would charge to fix. He also - free of charge- took off my headlights while repairing a blinker, and cleaned them up to like new condition! They look amazing! My car was also very clean when I picked it up, and my car is now without all the Christmas lights on the dashboard, it is running very well! I feel like I’m driving a new car now. (7/20/22) Lastly, Muhammad is very experienced and excellent at what he does. He’ll take care of your needs and you and your car will be all the better because of him! The car had the same problem within a day and 3 days later was back at Cars Unlimited. This after 6 weeks of being there this time. He said he spent hours on it and it was supposedly ready in mid September for me, same problem came up within 2 days and I brought it back, where it sat for weeks until mid October when I just called and told him I was going to pick it up and take it elsewhere. It had a big dent now on the left side passenger door., this along with damage that was done to my rear bumper while at his place. Update: This guy is someone to avoid at all costs! He will take advantage of you by charging a lot of money to do repairs that aren’t needed. Your car will sit at his shop for weeks and months like mine.. 5.5 months total accumulated time.. and the original problem still existed. He said it was all finished and ready for me to pick up 2 times and within 3 days the same starting problem popped up- no crank/no start, it would happen again. Then my car would sit at his shop for weeks and weeks before anything was done. He went through 4 secretaries and lost his mechanic during my time.. After taking me for $2000 initially, it then cost me $3500 more and it wasn’t fixed yet,and $350 for a duplicate key. I still had the original no crank/no start problem. He said his $10000 computer wasn’t pulling up any codes on my car, he’d have to rip it apart to find the problem. He then said, after having my car for another 3 weeks, that I should walk away from the car, give up on it, take it to the junk yard.. my car isn’t worth much at all, he’s buying cars like mine for $300!! Like he wanted to buy my car for that amount. I left his place, started it up and drove it home. It was only an intermittent starting problem, I was determined to get it fixed. I then went to a place that found the problem, their machine found a code within a day and fixed the problem within a week. I was also told that my battery was undersized and my battery bracket was missing at my new place. I had to buy a new battery and register it, my tool showed a battery was registered in September while at Cars Unlimited. I believe that Cars Unlimited took my battery out and replaced it with a smaller, ready to die battery and didn’t replace the bracket. The car had been there for months."

"I never write reviews. This might be my first, actually. I write this so you know how special a shop Cars Unlimited is. Moe is a great tech and an honest owner. He saved me $1,000 on a recent repair and fixed something the dealership kept getting wrong. Now I'm not trading in my car so we can stay on the road for more years."

"Mohamad has great customer service. I dropped my BMW to get the front and rear brakes replaced and as promised I had my car back before the end of the day. I will be using him going forward for all my BMW needs and issues."
