"Most undependable agency I have worked with. Never follow up with you. This was my second "chance" with this agency and again they did not get back with me just days before renewal, agent Meredith said " the quote was so high I , not sure why"???? Yet never called to let me know anything. Insurance is something that you can't touch, taste, rub on your forehead, you just hope they are there when you need them. Well I had little comfort with this agency. Direct from the insurance company is available, why would I pay additional to cover a bonus for writing agent when they are non-supportive to customer needs!?"
