"I just called to ask about pricing for an alternator and this guy went off on me saying that I shouldn’t know what’s wrong with my car. He was saying he doesn’t want to service a car that already was diagnosed. What a psycho, I tried to talk but he kept rambling on about his expensive gadgets that can diagnose whats wrong with the car. I’ve never felt so humiliated just to ask for a quote for my vehicle. I read reviews about this place saying it was a good shop? I will never understand who will go to a place that would make someone feel inferior or like they don’t know what they’re saying. Weird place weird mechanic."
