"I had a terrible experience with this agency. They would contact me via text when I didn't give them permission to and when I would respond back with a question I would get no reply. They went up on my policy price 5 months after paying in full with no straight answer as to why. I was also told that my policy rate would go down in the next 6 months and instead went up $700 in total with no accidents, incidents, or tickets so they shouldn't make promises they can't keep. Save yourself the headache and stress and go somewhere else because it'll save you a lot of time and money (progressive is great!)."
