"If I could give 0 stars I would. Mind you, this is not the first time they’ve messed up my nails, but I’ve stuck around and come back. However, today I experienced not only poor service on my actual nails, but extremely poor client service which was the icing on the cake for my frustration. I asked for a French pedicure. The woman who was doing my pedicure was an older woman, spoke barely any English (I am also an immigrant and speak multiple languages so I understand not everyone may speak English perfectly but if you have a business directly with clients where you have to understand their specific requests/needs, then I expect you to at least understand what I want). The woman started with the white lines (which were way too thick even though I told her and she did not correct them), then directly applied the base (ugly pink cherry color) without asking me. I asked her if she had another base color (Usually I pick my base color for a french pedi, as there are various options you can choose from: pinkish hue, nude, transparent, creamy, etc). She then proceeded to bring back other colors for the base that did not look great at all so I had to get up and walk to pick out the color which looked actually nice as it was applied, except for on my two big toes, and little toes. For some reason, the woman could not get the nail polish to look smooth (you could see the brush strokes and it just looked sloppy). It looked so bad that she even noticed it and took it off completely and redid them, and yet it still looked bad. I even suggested it would be best for her to maybe remove everything and just do 1 solid color (which is what ended up happening eventually). Then another woman who worked there came up to me and asked why I was so complicated, why I chose so many colors, that I shouldn’t be choosing colors for a French pedi, basically blamed me for the whole ordeal and questioned why I didn’t like the french pedi. It was extremely uncomfortable but if I’m paying for something, I’d like to at least be relatively satisfied with the result but this older woman provided low quality results, literally my toes just looked ugly. Long story short, they ended up having to remove everything and reapply just 1 color on my toes. Then charged me for everything, including the french pedi, and told me that I wasted their time and this is why they charged me extra for the French (even though it looked so sloppy that it had to be removed for a regular color). Mind you, I was the only customer in the shop and there were 3 women working there including the older woman who was doing my nails. I used to go to Le’s on a regular basis, used to even get waxes there regularly, and I don’t typically write negative reviews but I was treated so poorly at le’s with absolutely no sort of apology or even just a simple “sorry for the miscommunication”, no desire to make it right for me as a client, that I’d like to express my frustration and disappointment here. I used to go every 2-3 weeks bc it was so convenient and it was close to my parents house, but I will not be coming back again. They lost a reoccurring client due to their poor communication and horrible service. That older woman should not be working there. LASTLY, within 4 days of me getting my toes done (mind you it’s winter now and I’m not out in sandals or barely out at all) and my toe nails have chipped which makes me even more upset. I have had my toes last in the tropic for weeks so the fact that my toes got somehow chipped within 4 days during the winter, is just absurd."

"This used to be my go to salon. I stopped going about 6 months ago due to a really bad experience. Will never return but I do love the employees. Very nice! I wanted French with a subtle chrome and it turned out awful. I did end up having them redue them but they still looked bad. I don’t understand how I even walked out of the salon it was embarrassing."

"Worst manicure. Gel was not removed very good and my nails look bumpy. Cut one finger filing and started bleeding. Spent about 2 minutes applying polish and it looks horrible. Sadly I do not have time to go back today and I have an event tonight. Will never go back. Waste of 23 dollars!"

"Not sure what happened to my previous review. But this is what my nails look like. I wanted the shape and french tip to look like this. And ended up with this. The person doing my nails ended up having an attitude with me when I said you could see my real nails and to add a base coat. Then she did and wasn't going to clean the edges up and let out a huge sigh like I was inconveniencing her. I will not be coming back here. Very dissapointed."
