"Very disappointed! I have been going here for over a year and always happy with the service. I went to sit on a chair by the dryers where I sit every time and the chair broke and I landed on the ground on top of the broken chair. They came to see if I was ok and help me up. I told them I was very sore. Then after that they still charged me for the pedicure!!! No customer service or compassion."

"Amy is incredibly kind and helpful every time my mother comes in. She helps her in and out of the pedicure chair, helps with coat, putting on shoes and does a fabulous job! My mom is older and Amy does that little extra to make her experience so enjoyable! Thank you Amy!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here for about 3 years now, but usually just for pedicures. My daughters and I wanted to try dip for the first time at this location. I have only gotten it one other time at a salon out of state. The salon out of state poured the powder into a little tray, this salon dipped your finger into the jar other people use, which seemed very unsanitary. They didn’t open a new pack of tools to use either. The gentleman who did my nail tore my cuticle on two different fingers… we left with our fingers not looking the best… but then the next day I developed a paronychia infection. I called to get a refund and he stated that they do not give refunds, that the state has been there before… gross. He then said I needed to come into show him. Clearly I have time stamped photos and my nails are the same in both pictures and it happened the very next day… so now I have to drive 25min there and 25min home tomorrow for him to “look at it himself”. Will update with the outcome, but I would say save your self, and go to a reputable, clean salon that backs the services they are providing."

"My daughter and I got pedicures, and she got a manicure, and the technicians did a great job! Very happy with the results, the staff are very friendly and the salon looks clean. I noted that the foot bowls were cleaned and sanitized after use. Will go back, for sure!"

"Walked right in and was serviced so that’s great! The first time i went the lady was doing a young ladies nails with gloves on, stopped doing her nails to take money from another person and sat back down to do the young ladies nails with the same gloves on. I asked her to change them so the young lady wouldn’t get a infection and she seemed as if she was annoyed. My nail shape the second time i went wasn’t the same each finger and the polish job was horrible. Pay too much for my nails to not be presentable. This was my second time going, both experiences weren’t great. Won’t be returning"
