"I booked an appointment and was given a 6:00 appointment. I arrived and no one was there. I called the same number I booked the appointment on three times and got no answer. I stayed at the location for 20 minutes with no call and no answer before I just left. I was so excited to try this salon and had hoped to become a loyal client. I’m so disappointed in the fact that I couldn’t at least receive a call stating that she would no longer be able to keep the appointment, then to call multiple times with no answer was even worst.The services were scheduled with Lynn."

"I went to this nail salon in an urgency. I had leave next day for my cousin wedding. I told her what I wanted just nude nails with extension. Everything was going well in the middle she said you can also do something what I have. I didn’t say if I needed to do something what she had. When she was on the last stage putting base, I asked her if she is going to paint the nails with the color I have chosen already. She said no I did similar to mine. I never agreed on if I wanted what she has. Plus all the time she was in rush she wanted to go somewhere and whole time she was just telling me “I have to leave” I told her already I am going to attend a wedding so I want something visible and what she did was basic daily looking nails. And charged me 10$ extra that I don’t know for what."
